DHS 94.40 dictates that "All programs providing services or residential care to persons who need the services or residential care because of mental illness, a developmental disability, alcoholism or drug dependency, as those terms are defined in s. 51.01, Stats., shall have a grievance resolution system which complies with the requirements of this subchapter."

Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services (BHS) and Wraparound Milwaukee facilitate quarterly Client Rights Forums via Microsoft Teams. These forums are open to the Client Rights Specialist or Backup Client Rights Specialist in the BHS and/or Wraparound Milwaukee Provider Network.
