Purchase MCTS Bus Fare

Due to COVID-19, the MCard and transit fare will not be available for purchase at the Milwaukee County Clerk's Office until further notice.

Purchase the MCARD and Add Fare

Transit fare can be purchased in the Office of the Milwaukee County Clerk from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We accept cash and credit/debit cards. There is a convenience fee of 3% for all credit/debit card transactions. Personal checks are not accepted.

Adult Fare - 12 or older

Child Fare - 6 through 11

Children (under 6) free when accompanied by someone paying adult fare

Reduced Fare:

Seniors - Persons 65 and older must present a valid Medicare card for reduced fare

Medicare Card Holder - Must present a Medicare card for reduced fare

Disabled Person - Must present a Milwaukee County Transit System Photo I.D. or valid Medicare card for reduced fare
