The Milwaukee County DHHS-Division on Aging is developing a plan to better serve you in 2022-2024 and we’d like your input. Your opinion on how well current community services are meeting your needs is critical. Please join us at one of the virtual listening sessions or complete the survey and help shape the future for older adults in Milwaukee County. Below is the link to the online survey. If you prefer a paper copy of the survey, call (414) 289-6010. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Your answers will be anonymous. This survey is intended for older adults (age 55+) who reside in Milwaukee County. Individuals completing the survey may enter a drawing for a $50 gift card.
