Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services is requesting proposals for professional consulting services to support the preliminary facility design of a Secure Residential Care Center for Children and Youth (SRCCCY). The Scope of work will include development of the Owner's Project Requirements, an architectural study of the feasibility to renovate and/or expand an existing facility and development of conceptual plans and concept level cost estimate.
