The Milwaukee County Department of Parks, Recreation and Culture and Department of Administrative Services are requesting a proposal to provide professional engineering services for the design and to prepare construction documents for shoreline rehab and relocation of payment at Kosciuszko Park Lagoon and Mitchell Park Lagoon.
