S120-19421: Washington Park Senior Center HVACE Renovations
Project consists of replacing existing chiller with cooling tower and chilled water pump with a new air cooled chiller, two (2) chilled water pumps along with DDC controls in Mechanical room. Provide VFD's on two (2) existing hot water pumps and integrate pumps with new DDC controls as indicated on Contract bidding documents. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: November 6, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., meet at Washington Park Senior Center Lobby, 4220 W. Vliet Street, Milwaukee, WI. Failure to attend the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will result in Bid being rejected as non-responsive.
