A260-18011 GMIA Parking Structure Stairwell Repairs ReBid
Work consists of various small repairs on the Six (6) floors on four (4) different stairwells within the GMIA parking structure. Contract includes door replacement, concrete repairs, masonry, flashing, structural steel repairs, and painting as indicated in project bid documents. Pre-Bid Meeing is not scheduled. Contractors interested in reviewing the site and discussing project conditions shall contact Michael Brill.
