WC029101 Courthouse Complex - Hazardous Materials Assessment and Report

Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services is requesting proposals for professional consulting services to provide a hazardous material assessment and report for the Courthouse Complex in support of the Investing in Justice Courthouse Complex Planning project. Assessment and report will provide comprehensive documentation of quantities, types and locations of hazardous materials in the Historic Courthouse (HC), Criminal Justice Facility (CJF) and Public Safety Building (PSB) for use in planning and executing new work in each building.

Proposals Due: December 6, 2024, December 20, 2024 no later than 4:00 p.m. CST

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting:  There is an mandatory pre-proposal meeting on November 14th, 2024 at 10:00am. Attendance can be fulfilled either in person at 633 W Wisconsin Ave, STE 1014, Milwaukee, WI 53203; -OR- virtually via Teams meeting.  Link to meeting is available in RFP document.
