Contract Description: The work consists of minor demolition and remodeling of approximately 4900 square feet of the warehouse space within an existing Building of Milwaukee County Department of Transportation. Work includes minor demolition and removal of selected interior architectural elements at the portion of this phase of work; rough and finish carpentry, sealants, door, door frames, hardware, steel stud and gypsum board wall systems, interior finishes (painting, tiling, carpet, resilient base and accessories, suspended ceiling tile and grid systems), toilet accessories, fire protection equipment and systems, communications and door access control, adjustments to Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems.
