Contract Description: Enhance energy efficiency and attractiveness of the King Community Center by creating an investment in repairing the building exterior to include:
1.) Facade enhancements
2.) Roof replacement
3.) Window and door replacement
4.) Address other deferred maintenance and insulation
Pre-Bid Meeting: Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, at the King Community Center (1531 W. Vilet St., Milwaukee, WI 53205) at 1:00 P.M.
Bids Due: Tuesday, February 20th, 2024 no later than 12:00 P.M.
