Milwaukee County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide property management services for Unit 1 of the Forensic Science and Protective Medicine Collaboration Condominium, located at 9400 W. Doyne Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI. Unit 1 will be occupied by the County’s Office of Emergency Management and Medical Examiner’s Office.
Mandatory Pre-proposal Walkthrough: Tuesday September 9th 2025, 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM Meet at the project site. Only firms in attendance will be elligble to submit proposals. RSVP is required.
Proposals are due by Friday September 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
