C214-19425: RFP Milwaukee County CFSPM (Center for Forensic Science and Protective Medicine) - Project Management/Owner's Representative

Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services is requesting proposals for professional consulting services to support the design, construction and startup of a Center for Forensic Science and Protective Medicine (CFSPM). This request is for a Project Manager/Owner's Representative (PM/OR) service. Pre- Proposal Meeting November 13, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.

The scope of work will include

a.  Act as project manager and owner's representative for all phases of the project development - including design, construction, commissioning, move-in, startup, and close-out.

b.  Be the independent advocate and advisor for Milwaukee County to coordinate all activities of the project team, manage project costs, identify and mitigate risks, accelerate project delivery and optimize value for Milwaukee County.

c.  Work closely with the building owner's project team (Milwaukee County will be a tenant in a new building being constructed by others) to coordinate all design and construction activities, manage relationships, and seek efficiency in all phases of the project.
