T077-17416: FDL Bus Storage Building Roof Replacement
Based on the deterioration of the existing BUR roof shall be removed down to the structural roof deck and a new fully adhered EPDM roof system be installed. Existing parapet copings and blocking is to be replaced with new. Existing Counter-flashing to be replaced with a new 2-piece metal counter-flashing system. All existing free standing monitor type skylights are supported on existing concrete curbs. Existing curbs are to be removed flush with the top surface of the adjacent structural roof deck, along with removal of skylight. Infill roof deck opening with galvanized metal deck fastened to new steel infill framing. At the high bay roof remove existing spray foam insulation, remove skylights, and infill openings with new galvanized metal deck over existing framing. The new high bay roof shall be non-vented insulating nail-based panels, self adhering underlayment membrane, and metal standing seam roofing system. Pre-Bid Meeting: April 17, 2018 at 1:30PM.
