Join County Executive David Crowley for a free evening of yoga and wellness at the Mitchell Park Domes. Yoga instructor Joanna Brooks from Embody Yoga will lead a 45-minute yoga class for all levels, accompanied by a sound bath and mindfulness exercise by Camille Mays. Following yoga, attendees are welcome to stay and explore the Domes.
