Scope: Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services, Facilities Management Division (DAS-FMD), is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop an Energy System Plan (ESP) for the Milwaukee County Courthouse Complex (CHC) in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This plan will be used to optimize energy systems in existing CHC facilities as well as at the new Milwaukee County Justice Center, which will replace the Milwaukee County Public Safety Building.
