About Us
We provide strategic planning and project development services for enterprise-level planning efforts that are not yet at the design or construction phase. These efforts are focused on cost savings and avoidance initiatives that efficiently manage the county's footprint.
Planning and Development also provides space planning and move management expertise for Milwaukee County Departments to efficiently use their existing space and plan for future needs.
