Replace existing outside AHU's with 80-ton per-packaged Air Cooled Chiller with buffer tank and pumps utilizing two independent cooling circuits. Test and seal leaks in the interior AHU and replace fan array with new variable speed fans and chilled water, hot water and reheat coils with new chilled water and hot water piping and provide a new BAS system to control AHU.
