WS0126: RFP - CMaR for New Milwaukee County Administrative Building
The Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services are requesting a proposal to provide professional construction management at risk (CMaR) services related to a new Milwaukee County administrative building to be located at the intersection of North 13th Street and West Cherry Street in Milwaukee. There is an optional pre-proposal meeting on August 10th at 2:00 p.m. in conference room 104 of the Milwaukee County Marcia P. Coggs Human Services Center, located at 1220 West Vliet Street, Milwaukee.
