Work of the Project includes the removal and replacement of a portion of the existing roadway with a trail, while the remaining portion of the existing road will be reconstructed. The project also involves the demolition and reconstruction of a retaining wall, along with the installation of stormwater best management practices, utility improvements, site restoration, landscaping, and other related infrastructure improvements as specified in the bid documents.
