RFP: WO614011 Building Retro Commissioning - Phase 1
The Milwaukee County Department of Administration, Office of Sustainability is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide retro-commissioning (RCx) services for up to five Milwaukee County (County) buildings. The goal of the project is to reduce annual energy consumption and costs and to improve building system performance and occupant comfort. Pre-Proposal meeting will be 9:30am - 11:00am on January 29, 2020. Meet in the Office of Sustainability, 633 W. Wisconsin Ave, Suite 730, Milwaukee, WI.
