One MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will take place on March 15, 2023, at 1:00 P.M., meet in the lobby at the HOC- Administration Building located at 8885 South 68th Franklin, WI 53132
FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL RESULT IN BID BEING REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT SPECIAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH BID. SEE DOCUMENT 002100 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, ARTICLE 16.
