WA0270 MKE Ticketing Area Remodel
This Project includes renovation of approximately 32,000 sq. ft. of the ground floor Ticketing area including vestibules, curtain wall, terrazzo and carpet flooring, ceilings, and related modifications to mechanical, sprinkler, electrical, and technology systems. An Alternate is included for bid which removes the curvilinear ceiling near the ticket counters and replaces it with a bulkhead which will house 42-55” monitors and fire suppression system. Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting: Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 1:00pm., held in the Sijan Conference Room, in the GMIA Terminal (Located before security in hallway behind Museum / USO), 5300 South Howell Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting is MANDATORY for all contractors bidding as Prime Contractors
