WA0221: MKE International Terminal Redevelopment
This project includes the demolition of the existing Concourse E and MKE Airport and the construction of a new International Terminal Building that will be attached the main terminal building. Work includes site work, excavation, demolition, construction, fueling system work, and installation of passenger boarding bridges. Work will be divided up into four different Bid Packages. - General (All Bid Packages): Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 9am
- BP2 (New Concourse E): Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 11am
- BP1 (Demolition): Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10am
- BP3 (Fueling): Friday, June 28, 2024 at 11:15am
- BP4 (Boarding Bridges): Friday, June 28, 2024 at 1pm
All Pre-Bid Meetings will be done virtually via Teams. To acquire the meeting link to any or all the pre bid meetings, please contact James Hart at [email protected] prior to Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 5pm. Later requests are not guaranteed a timely response.
Pre-Bid Site Visits will be in person and provided as follows:
- BP1 (Demolition): Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 8:30am
- BP2 (New Concourse E): Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 10:30am
- BP3 (Fueling) & BP4 (Boarding Bridges): Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 12:45pm
To register anticipated attendance for site visit(s), pleae contact James Hart at [email protected] prior to Monday, July 8, 2024 at 2pm. Later requests are not guaranteed access. Attendees will go through security screening; Driver's license is required.
To bid on either Bid Package 1 or 2, the site visit is MANDATORY for Prime Contractors.
Reasonable requests for additional site visits will be considered at Milwaukee County's discretion.
