RFP: WC027601 Project Manager/Owner Representative Services for Courthouse Complex Planning Phase IV - New Milwaukee County Justice Center

 

Contract Description: Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services, Facilities Management Division (Owner) is requesting proposals for professional services to support the execution of capital project WC027601 to replace the existing Public Safety Building with a new Justice Center. This request is for Project Manager/Owner’s Representative (PM/OR) services.

 

Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting: 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2024, to be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Milwaukee County staff will be on hand to answer questions about this RFP. Parties interested in participating in this pre-proposal meeting shall indicate their interest via email to [email protected] by no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 6, 2024.

 

Proposals DueAll proposals shall be submitted (electronically only) no later than 4:00 P.M. on March 1, 2024.
