The Milwaukee County Parks Department is requesting the proposal for the planning and design of the Parkway Drive Conversion to Bicycle & Pedestrian Trail project. The proposal is for professional consulting services to provide full design and engineering services for the Conversion of 2 Parkway Drives to Bicycle & Pedestrian Trails. Professional consulting services shall include documentation of existing conditions (topographic survey, environmental conditions, and entitlements), public engagement, schematic design, design development, municipal coordination, preparation of cost estimates, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and select construction administration.
Pre-Proposal Meeting: May 18, 2023 at 3pm. June 1, at 10am. Meet at the Milwaukee County Parks Administration Building, room 201.
Proposals Due: May 26, 2023 June 15, 2023 no later than 2pm. Submit five (5) copies to:
