RFP: WP56901 Washington Park Service Yard
The Milwaukee County Parks Department is requesting the proposal for schematic planning for the variety of service yards within the Milwaukee County Parks System; extended to and including the planning and design of the Washington Park Service Yard project. The proposal is for professional consulting services for both the schematic layout of all typical service yards as well as full design and engineering services for the Washington Park Service Yard. Professional consulting services shall include documentation of existing conditions (topographic survey, environmental conditions, and entitlements), public engagement, schematic design, design development, municipal coordination, preparation of cost estimates, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and select construction administration.
Pre-Bid Meeting: June 20, 2023, at 11am CT. Meet at Milwaukee County Parks Administration Building, Room 201.
Proposals Due: June 30, 2023 no later than 2pm CST. Submit five (5) copies of the proposal, sealed in an envelope or equivalent to: July 12, 2023 no later than 2pm. Submit (3) copies of the proposal, sealed in an envelope or equivalent to:
