RFP: WC027601 - Investing in Justice Courthouse Complex
Milwaukee County is seeking a qualified Cost Validation Consultant (CVC) to provide cost estimation and validation services throughout the design period, and support during construction. The CVC will prepare independent cost estimates, review Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) cost estimate submissions, and provide input on accuracy, completeness, potential cost savings, and changes. The initial engagement will continue through design development, with potential additional services through the establishment of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Additional services may include reviews of proposed change orders.
