Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services, Facilities Management Division is requesting proposals for professional services to support the execution of capital projects funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). This request is for Program Management Office as well as Project Manager/Owner’s Representative (PM/OR) services.
There will be an optional pre-proposal meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022, to be held virtually via MicroSoft Teams. Milwaukee County staff will be on hand to answer questions about this RFP. Parties interested in participating in this pre-proposal meeting shall indicate their interest via email to [email protected] and [email protected] by no later than January 28, 2022.
