- Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: Thursday February 15, 2024 at 10AM. Meet outside at the Cul-De-Sac in the park off Lloyd Street (West of the Playground), Washington Park, Milwaukee, WI. This onsite walkthrough and meeting is for contractors to visualize project. This meeting is to explain requirements and ask questions.
