The Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services, Facilities Management Division (DAS-FM) is requesting proposals for professional consulting services for assessment, planning and design of the War Memorial Center’s Saarinen Stairway. This service is being requested to correct current water intrusion issues in the facility below the Saarinen Stairway. The Consultant will need to identify the source of the problems and complete a design that will correct the issues, preventing further damage to the facility and other assets.
Mandatory pre-proposal meeting: May 1st at 10am at the War Memorial Center, 750 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr., Milwaukee, WI 53202. Location: Saarinen Stairway, exterior north side of the building.
