Contract Description: This project includes a 2” mill and replacement or full depth reconstruction of approximately 26,000 square yard of airfield and support pavement on the tower apron, north hangar apron areas, perimeter roadway, and other miscellaneous paved areas at Milwaukee County’s Timmerman Airport. Also included are areas of pavement removal (convert to turf), new pavement in turf areas, joint sealing, pavement marking, and turf repair.
Project Substantial Completion: Project to be substantially complete on June 28th 2023 and within 47 calendar days including 5 non-working days for poor weather over that time.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Thursday 08/18/2022 at 8:30AM. Held on the 2nd floor of L.J. Timmerman Airport FBO building (Spring City Aviation) at 9305 W Appleton Ave; Milwaukee, WI 53225
