M049-19439: RFP Milwaukee Public Museum 4th Floor Roof Replacement
The Milwaukee County Department of Adminstrative Service - Facilities Maintenance (DAS-FM) is requesting proposals for professional consulting services to provide roof conditions assessment, roof replacement design, cost estimates, final design and construction documents ( required for public bidding and work relevant to) for Milwaukee Public Museum 4th Floor and Penthouse. The facility is located at 800 W. Wells St, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53233. Pre-Proposal Meeting and site visit is scheduled on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 1:30 P.M. at the Milwaukee Publice Museum, Imax Theater Lobby, 800 W. Wells Street, Milwaukee, WI.
The qualified consulting firm must have and architectural and/or engineering staff that maintains a current professional license in the State of Wisconsin. Refer to the Type "C" Agreement (attached for additional information regarding contract requirementst for Milwaukee County Professional Services.
