M027-17417-02: MPM-Mechanical Room Floor Repair North Wing AHU Replacement
Contract-2, Big Package 2 - Sawcut existing exterior slab and install bulkhead as detailed. Fill void space below interior structural slab with selfconsolidating concrete as specified and let cure for two (2) day. Removal of the existing deteriorated concrete topping. Scarify and/or shot blast the top surface of existing interior concrete structural slab to provide bondable surface. Install bonding agent on the top surface. Install bonding agent on the top surface. Install concrete reinforcing as detailed for concrete equipment pads and concrete floor topping. Pour concrete topping and concrete equipment pads, cure to reduce shrinkage and cracking befor installing AHU equipment (N.I.C.) Pre-Bid Meeting at Milwaukee Public Museum, Student Lunch Room - Ground Level, 800 W. Wells St., Milwaukee, WI.
