G03501: RFP Vel Phillips Juvenile Justice Center Roof Replacement
The Milwaukee County Department of Administration, Environmental Services Unit is requesting a proposal to provide professional consulting design services for roof replacement of the rotunda and gymnasium of Vel Phillips Juvenile Justice Center, located at 10201 West Watertown Plank Rd. Milwaukee, WI 53226. Pre-Proposal Meeting and exterior tour on April 28, 2020 at 8:00 am, at 10201 W. Watertown Plank Rd - Lobby. Please contact Amir Adam at least (two) days prior to pre-bid meeting date to schedule meeting time. Meetings and site walk through will be conducted in groups of (four) people maximum.
