Work consists of removing existing asphalt surface and concrete curb and gutter, pulverize existing pavement, regrade, and provide new aggregate base, new concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and asphalt pavement as indicated in the project Bid documents. Additional new work consists of storm drainage green infrastructure, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, LED Lighting, boat launch improvements, storage building, fish cleaning structure, fish cleaning station, underground fuel tanks, fuel systems, decorative fencing, and site furnishings.
