This project includes a rehabilitation of the Howell Avenue Tunnel Structure at General Mitchell International Airport (MKE). Included in the scope of this project are concrete surface repairs, expansion joint repairs and replacements, concrete protective surface treatments and staining and miscellaneous other rehabilitation items. Included as bid alternates are rehabilitation to the existing ventilation and electrical components. Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 8:30 A.M. Meet in the Sijan Conference Room, in the MKE terminal (inside aviation museum), 5300 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI.
