5740-25000: 2025 Countywide Time and Material (T&M) Rebid
Milwaukee County is seeking to create a centralized pool of contracts which any County department may draw from to complete maintenance and repair projects, as needed. Multiple awards per T&M contract type. Awarded contract does not guarantee work. Separate bid submittal in Bid Express for each T&M contract type. Milwaukee County and the contractor will negotiate the scope of each project on a case-by-case basis. Bidding document distribution will be online in Bid Express internet Bidding System at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/24937/home.
Contracts will be awarded for: Carpet and Flooring, Landscaping, and Native Plants Landscaping.
