Project consists of roof removal and replacement of an existing asphalt membrane on a two tiered control tower building and Quonset hut roofs including deck repairs, exhaust piping preservation, fall protection railing installation, removal/reinstallation of communication antennas and air conditioning units. Project phasing with FBO & Control Tower tenants is required. Pre-Bid meeting on Wednesday, June 13, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., meet at LJT FBO Hangar Reception Area, 9305 W. Appleton Ave., Milwaukee, WI.
