Indoor Park Venues
Book for 2024 & 2025!

Park pavilions, community rooms, and clubhouses provide the perfect rental space for indoor events in the parks. Most rentals are available year-round and include a kitchenette to warm previously prepared food. Rentals are available for a minimum of four hours.

How to Rent a Venue

Rent a pavilion or community room by calling our Public Services team, Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., at (414) 257-8005. We accept bookings two years in advance and require at least two-weeks notice. Payment in full is required to confirm your booking. We accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Visa. 

Tips for a Great Rental

Cancellations

To cancel your reservation, you must submit the Cancellation Request Form to the Public Services Office. If received 90 days or more prior to your rental date, you will receive a 75% refund. If received 89 to 30 days prior to the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund. If your cancellation is received less than 30 days from your scheduled date, you are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are not issued due to unfavorable weather conditions.  Rentals are not rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions.

Fourth of July 

We do not take reservations for the Fourth of July. On this holiday, you may enjoy picnic sites on a first-come, first-served basis.
