Why Choose Water Exercise?

Perfect For: Those who want a full-body, low-impact workout. Work at your own pace.

How It Works: Class begins with a warm-up and stretching before moving to cardio and strength training. All equipment needed for the class is provided, but participants can bring their own work-out weights if desired. Each class is an hour long, with most classes starting on the hour.

Pulaski Indoor Pool Swim Lessons

Learn to swim! Milwaukee County Parks lifeguards teach all levels of swimmers. Adults must accompany children, from six months of age through toddlers, for the entire class. Each pool allows a limited number of participants and some limits on the levels offered. Swim sessions include eight, 40-minute lessons (45-minute lessons for adults). Tiny Tot sessions are 30 minutes. Sign up at the Pulaski Pool Welcome Desk.

Fee: $40 per swimmer (8 lessons)
