Why Choose Water Exercise?

Perfect for those who want a full-body, low-impact workout! Join us for a one-hour workout, where you work at your own pace. Preregistration is not needed for a water exercise class; simply arrive 15 minutes before class and sign up.

How It Works: Class begins with a warm-up and stretching before moving to cardio and strength training. All equipment needed for the class is provided, but you may bring your own work-out weights if desired. Each class is an hour long, with most classes starting on the hour.

  • Some facility amenities may not be open or accessible during your visit. Please check the hours to verify.
  • Doors within the facility, including locker room doors, will be propped open, when possible and appropriate, to minimize patrons having to touch/open them manually.

  • All patrons are required to do a self-health screening prior to coming to the facility.
    For details, see https://county.milwaukee.gov/files/county/COVID-19/HealthScreeningCheckpointSign8.5x11.pdf.

  • If you or anyone in your party is sick or has had symptoms in the past 2 weeks, please stay home.
