Why Choose Water Exercise?

Perfect For: Those who want a full-body, low-impact workout. Work at your own pace.

How It Works: Class begins with a warm-up and stretching before moving to cardio and strength training. All equipment needed for the class is provided, but participants can bring their own work-out weights if desired. Each class is an hour long, with most classes starting at the top of the hour.

Each pool allows a limited number of participants and some limits on skill levels. Swim sessions include eight, 45-minute lessons. Sign up at the Noyes Pool welcome desk.
