Supervisor Patti Logsdon
About Supervisor Logsdon
Supervisor Patti Logsdon represents Milwaukee County’s 9th Supervisory District and was first elected in April 2018. She has over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance and holds a master’s degree in accounting from Alverno College. She has been active locally as a poll worker, youth coach, and leader of nonprofit boards, including the Milwaukee Child Welfare Partnership Council.
Married for 38 years before the tragic passing of her husband, she is the proud mother of two children and four grandchildren. A lifelong Milwaukee County resident, she has spoken publicly of her deep commitment to service and community and strives to serve with fairness, integrity, and transparency.
Her top priorities on the County Board are public safety, transparency, and the protection and investment in Milwaukee County’s parks.
She serves as Chair of the Personnel Committee and is a member of the Judiciary, Law Enforcement, and General Services Committee and the Community, Environment, and Economic Development Committee.
Key Board Initiatives and Accomplishments
Supervisor Logsdon has authored and championed several notable initiatives on the County Board. In late 2025, she authored a budget amendment to create a formal Code of Conduct for all Supervisors, a reform aimed at strengthening ethical standards and accountability in Board operations. She also led the passage of a resolution establishing departmental performance dashboards, ensuring greater transparency, public access to information, and clearer accountability from Milwaukee County departments.
She has led strong efforts on local recreation and parks: Logsdon co-sponsored and helped pass resolutions directing the Milwaukee County Parks Department to conduct test-fills and evaluations of the long-closed Hales Corners Pool, an important step toward its potential reopening. She organized County/Park/Village meetings on the pool’s future and has worked with local groups, including the Hales Corners Lions Club, to explore volunteer-led solutions for a phased reopening. In 2023, she joined other Supervisors in steering a surplus-funding resolution that directed $300,000 to repair and upgrade aquatic facilities (pools, splash pads, beaches) across the parks system.
Supervisor Logsdon prides herself on facilitating new community partnerships. In September 2025, she helped announce a one-year county lease of the Hales Corners Park pavilion to the Hales Corners Lions Club, in which the Lions assumed management responsibilities in exchange for community programming, an agreement she praised as a monumental step forward for the park and surrounding community. She also publicly commended the Lions after they donated an all-weather memorial bench to Hales Corners Park, describing it as “a lasting symbol of community spirit and support.” Beyond parks, Logsdon has championed local economic development, sustainability, and responsible governance at the County level.
Throughout her tenure, Patti Logsdon has emphasized fiscal responsibility, public safety, transparency, and community engagement. Whether coordinating with local volunteers, strengthening oversight of County operations, or advocating at County budget hearings, she remains focused on addressing neighborhood needs, from investing in parks and public spaces to supporting first responders and public safety infrastructure. She is honored to serve as a public servant for her community, and her record reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen parks, public trust, and county governance in District 9.
