Justin Bielinski

16th District Supervisor

Dear Neighbor,

I am honored to serve you as your County Supervisor. I am committed to work toward a more inclusive, efficient, and above all effective Milwaukee County Government.

As a West Allis native who has spent the majority of my life in Milwaukee County, I truly believe this is the best place in Wisconsin to live, work, and raise a family. While arbitrary restrictions from politicians at the state level and insufficient shared revenue have long hampered our ability to maintain the world-class County services we were once known for, sound financial decisions from County Executive David Crowley and my Board colleagues in the past few years leave our fiscal situation on more solid footing than it's been in decades. There is so much more that must be done to get us where we need to be, but I will do all I can to see it through as long as I am privileged to hold this office.

I am humbled by this opportunity to serve on your behalf. Please do not hesitate to reach out to my office with any questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you!

About Supervisor Bielinski

Justin Bielinski was elected Supervisor of the 16th District in April 2024. A proud husband, father, and homeowner in West Allis, Justin began his career working with youth in mental healthcare and public education settings.

Inspired by the Wisconsin uprising of 2011 in the wake of Wisconsin Act 10, Justin decided to pursue a career in public service. He earned his Master’s Degree in Political Science and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from UW-Milwaukee. From there he held various positions in neighborhood and political organizing, culminating with his role as campaign manager of Mandela Barnes’ successful run for Lieutenant Governor in 2018. Since April of 2020 he has served as Communications Director for State Senator Chris Larson.

When not thinking about public policy, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing soccer, video games, cooking, and enjoying our world-class Milwaukee County Parks.
