Financial Donations & Planned Giving
Many supporters wish to direct their sponsorship to a specific park facility, event or capital campaign that directly meets their corporate goals. For example, some partners have funded trail upgrades, playground improvements and Oak Leaf Trail signage.
Milwaukee County Parks has partnered with The Milwaukee Parks Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. Your tax-deductible charitable donations of any size support the Foundation's mission of engaging the community to collectively steward a thriving park system for all to enjoy.

Gifts in Remembrance
Make a gift of a tree or commemorative bench in memory of someone special or to celebrate a special occasion. Through its Park Market, The Park People will help you to determine the style and location of a bench or to select an appropriate tree and setting in a special park. Benches include your personalized inscription mounted on the backrest. Trees include your dedication on a brass hang tag.
As the fiscal sponsor for many Friends groups in the parks, The Park People also accepts monetary donations. You may request your charitable donation be directed to any of the supported Friends groups associated with a favorite park.
