The Milwaukee County Housing Dashboard tracks our progress towards achieving racial equity in housing, a key component of our Vision. To achieve this, Milwaukee County is partnering with the Community Development Alliance and the Collective Affordable Housing Plan to advance racial equity by providing a quality affordable home for every Milwaukeean.
Explore the dashboard: Click through the buttons below to explore three areas: Homeownership (Rates), Homeowner Displacement Risk, and Available Rentals. In each chart, you can filter by year, race/ethnicity, and/or municipality.
Our housing is connected to our health. Housing is a primary social determinant of health that has a ripple effect on education, community safety, employment, and overall well-being. Over time, policies and practices have created disparities in housing access and quality but, by working together, we can change this trajectory for Milwaukee County.
