Corridors of Concern: Milwaukee County’s Most Hazardous Roadways

Phase One of the Complete Communities Project conducted a safety analysis of local roads to help learn where and why crashes were happening within the County.

The findings of this analysis, captured in the Transportation Safety Assessment, were used to develop a risk score for each non-freeway street within Milwaukee County. The overall risk score was cross-referenced with issues identified by the community to identify 25 Corridors of Concern.

Below, you can find detailed profiles and download all 25 Corridors of Concern Profiles from the five areas of Milwaukee County either one-by-one or combined in one document. Our efforts to address safety along the Corridors of Concern at a system level are documented in our Comprehensive Safety Action Plan.
