Values

  • Inclusion:  We actively seek diverse perspectives when making decisions.
  • Influence:  We collectively use our power to positively impact our community.
  • Integrity:  We do the right thing even when no one is looking.
  • Safety:  We always provide a safe environment for both our staff and public.

One County One Vision. In Milwaukee County, we are taking a collaborative approach in realizing our vision: by achieving racial equity, Milwaukee is the healthiest county in Wisconsin. Together, we are working to dismantle institutional racism within our organization through equitable policies and practices, to realize a culture where race no longer determines health outcomes and everyone can thrive
