You must submit your questionnaire before any excuse can be considered. Excusals can be anywhere from two years to permanent, depending upon circumstances.
Requests for medical excusal should include a written statement from a treating physician indicating the condition you suffer from and the prognosis for recovery.
Any other requests to be excused from jury service can only be granted by the jury coordinator.
Requests to be excused from jury service must be submitting to the jury coordinator at least 10 days prior to scheduled jury service and should include a daytime phone number. Requests may be emailed to Jury Management at [email protected], or mailed to:
