Review court docket in CCAP, to obtain the name of the court reporter. Keep in mind, you will need to provide the case number and the date of the hearing for any transcript request. There are certain cases may not appear, as they are not public record. https://wcca.wicourts.gov/case.html You should obtain that case information from either CRS or the County Clerks Office.
Next, you will directly contact the court reporter listed on the court docket to request a transcript.
They may require the request form, CS-211.
