Fees

All recipients of child or family support pay an annual collection fee of $35 pursuant to §767.57(1e)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes. This fee is automatically deducted from child or family support, maintenance or arrears payments after the first $550 is paid to the recipient.

All payers are charged an annual receiving and disbursing (R&D) fee of $65 per case.

Additional Fees

  • Non IVD Income Withholding Notice and Termination Notice: $50
  • Request to Mail Notice to Opposing Party: $25
  • Duplicate Satisfaction or Release of Lien: $10
  • Fax Lien Satisfaction: $25
  • Duplication Request for Motion Packet: $5
  • Processing Non IVD Notarized Statements, Adjusting Orders/Arrears: $60
  • Annual Payment History*: $15 (per case per year)
